YBM supports 18-24 years olds that want to explore self-employment/Enterprise as a route to work.
YBM undertakes activities to benefit the local young community and regenerate our local area, by delivering 1-2-1 support and programmes including confidence building social inclusion workshops and skills training to unemployed young people.
YBM will assist the start-ups to promote their business and will also provide free meeting rooms and networking events to allow individuals to meet business contacts in a safe environment.
It will offer work experience placements and voluntary work opportunities for unemployed disadvantaged young people in Black Country to help to improve their opportunities in the labour market.
